Fritz Beblo has left his mark on the city of Strasbourg as few architects have done. Of the many buildings constructed during his long period at the head of the architectural department (1903-1919), the most emblematic is the Municipal Baths. But he also left behind practices and designs that would last until the 1960s. Some of the projects he sketched out were executed later, such as the tower of the Saint-Pierre-le-Vieux church, the Grande percée and the Place de la Bourse. (Text taken from the website www.bnu.fr)

- Alexandre Kostka, Professor of Cultural History of Germanic Countries, University of Strasbourg
- Christophe Didier, General Curator of Libraries, Bibliothèque nationale et universitaire
- Assisted by Tobias Möllmer, post-doc researcher in the "Engineering nationality" project
